Where corporations seek to lobby, minimize or undercut regulations, exploit tax loopholes, or engage in litigation tactics to silence civil society voices, they are jeopardizing the core values of our democracy and the institutions that guard it.
We must monitor and push back against the capture of our institutions by corporate interests who seek to put profit before people.
