Rebecca is a legal & policy fellow at ICAR, and works on ensuring safeguards against corporate abuse. Prior to ICAR, Rebecca was a legal fellow with Juvenile Justice Advocates International (JJAI) where she conducted research and interviews for a case study on juvenile pretrial detention. She co-authored a report with JJAI that they presented to the UN Committee on the Rights of the Child and Committee Against Torture, as well as at the 2018 World Congress on Justice for Children. Before law school, Rebecca worked in NYC, making costumes for theater. As she observed the labor abuses in the garment industry, she decided to change the course of her career to fight for worker justice and other human rights.

Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, and the University of Minnesota Law School. She was published in and served as the Lead Managing Editor of the Minnesota Journal of International Law.
