ICAR & co-signers comment on the UN Committee on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights draft General Comment on State Obligations in the Context of Business Activities

The International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR), along with the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility (ICCR), and the Due Process of Law Foundation (DPLF) have submitted comments to the Committee on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights on the draft General Comment on State Obligations under the International Convention on Economic, Social, and Cultural Rights in the Context of Business Activities.

ICAR will also attend the Day of General Discussion on the Draft General Comment in February 2017 to further impress upon the Committee the views expressed in these comments.
