ICAR Submits Recommendations to the Open-Ended Intergovernmental Working Group

ICAR is pleased to release its most recent submission to the Open-Ended Intergovernmental Working Group (OEIWG) on Transnational Corporations and Other Business Enterprises.

These recommendations were submitted in response to the OEIWG's request for written contributions in conjunction with the second session of the OEIWG, taking place from 24-28 October, 2016. In addition to reiterating ICAR's  recommendations submitted for consideration at the first OEIWG session in July 2015, this submission highlights additional content recommendations and key process recommendations to be considered as the OEIWG moves forward with its mandate.
