Consultation on the U.S. National Action Plan (NAP) on Responsible Business Conduct - Summary Report

ICAR and the Global Business Initiative on Human Rights (GBI) are pleased to release the summary report of the Washington, D.C. consultation on the U.S. National Action Plan (NAP) on Responsible Business Conduct. The consultation was co-hosted by the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable (ICAR), the Global Business Initiative on Human Rights (GBI), and the Harrison Institute for Public Law at Georgetown University Law Center in Washington, D.C. on April 16, 2015. The consultation, hosted as part of the U.S. government’s series of open dialogues on the U.S. NAP, was the largest consultation to date, with over 200 participants from approximately 15 different government agencies, 40 businesses, 40 civil society organizations, and 10 academic institutions.
